KOL109-2 Heerlijk huisje op de Veluwe

OK but not as expected from photos Positive: The location was pleasant and quiet but the price was high considering the age of the building, that needs a makeover. Negative: I'd already let them know we were leaving 7:30am and yet we got a message asking us to do many things… Maybe standard answers are too impersonal. We had to strip the bedding and put it in the hallway. Their CLEANER GETS A GOOD DEAL asking guests to do all the work you expect to be provided :) They asked us to ensure the dishes are clean and back in the cupboard, even though many of the BOWLS/PLATES/CUPS were DIRTY WHEN WE ARRIVED. We suggested the asked guests to load the DISHWASHER for them to run because then the cleanliness is fairly guaranteed. There was no welcome pack with basics like bread milk sugar tea etc… which was a disappointment especially as we informed them we were arriving from another country late in the evening/night. The oven apparently was a microwave and a grill but there were no instructions and it was complicated so it took days to understand what the symbols meant. The outside bin was full and 50m from the property, and not emptied until near the day we left. The patio window had a broken lock which we only realised when leaving so it had been insecure the whole time. The heating went off at night using a remote off site control system when it was freezing, so we had poor sleep because it was cold most of the time we were there… it’s a summer place really

Positive: Das sehr schöne Gartenhäuschen befindet sich in einem ruhigen Kleingartenverein. Die kleine Stadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto sehr nah erreichbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Garten ist gepflegt. Es gab reichlich Spielzeug für die Kinder - ihr müsst nichts extra mitbringen :) Ideal für Familien mit Kleinkindern. Negative: Es gibt nichts Wesentliches, vielleicht sollte nur etwas regelmäßiger gelüftet werden.

Positive: Alles prima alle aanwezigen helaas de tv was niet aan de praat te krijgen, maar verdelen dikke9 Negative: Iets meer lees licht

Positive: Im großen und ganzen alles super....die Lage, das Haus und Umgebung. Negative: Leider haben die meisten Steckdosen nicht funktioniert, Lampen auch nicht, nicht der Staubsauger und auch nicht die Spüllmaschine.

Fijn voor onze jonge hond. Positive: De grote omheinde tuin was heerlijk voor onze jonge hond. Genoeg schaduw ook voor ons om tijdens de warmte in te zitten. Negative: Het huisje ademt achterstallig onderhoud. Er zitten veel dingen los of scheef. We waren er tijdens het hele warme weer van deze zomer. Er kunnen vrijwel geen ramen open en er zijn geen horren voor dat wat wel open kan. Dat betekende dat het enorm benauwd in het huisje werd: 33 graden. Geen feest. Tuinmeubilair heeft zijn beste tijd wel gehad. Heel schoon was het ook niet. Voor bijna € 1200 voor een week mag je, in alle eerlijkheid, meer verwachten.
